Көпшіліктің күн көріп отырған бозінгені бір күні иімей қалады, жан сақтап отырған халық қатты сасады. Содан соң, пәлен жерде бір асқан күйші бар екенін естіп, кісі жіберіп, соны алдырады. Егер күйші бозінгенді идіріп берсе, сол ауылда бір сұлу қыз бар екен, соны бермек болады. Күйші домбырасын күйлеп, ағызып тарта жөнеледі. Күйге құлақ салған бозінген иіп қоя береді. Бермек болған қыз түйенің сүт аға бастаған емшегін ұстай алады. Сол арада күйші жап-жас қызды көріп қалады. Бірақ ол жұрттың ұйғарындысына рахмет айтып, рұқсат етеді.

Once upon a time, there was a great famine. There was hardly any livestock left in the land. The only remaining horse in the entire village was cared for by the people. One day, the horse, which had been sustaining the community, refuses to obey, and the people, who were relying on it for survival, panic. Then, they hear that there is a renowned musician in a certain place and send someone to bring him. If the musician can make the horse obey, they promise to give him a beautiful girl from the village. The musician tunes his dombra and begins to play. The horse, listening to the music, starts to bow its head. The girl they intended to give him is able to hold the udder of the camel that has begun to produce milk. At that moment, the musician sees the young girl. However, he thanks the people for their decision and grants permission.
