At a celebration, people from all around gather, and among them, a blue horse named Kögalay joins the race. The blue horse has come from afar, and no one from the celebrating community knows its secret. Therefore, they do not pay any attention to it. It is known among the Kazakhs that the beauty of a celebration lies in the swift horses. Until the horse returns after leaving, the conversation is solely about the horse. Some talk about this, others about that, and the excited crowd does not know whose horse it is, but they clearly recognize it as the blue horse, and the flute player plays the tune "the blue horse is coming, the blue horse is coming." Kögalay's blue horse arrives first at the finish line, and the flute player's tune is titled "The Horse Has Arrived."
