One branch of the Great Juz, the hero Taylaq from the Siqym tribe, was known not only for his strength but also as an exceptional flute player. One day, uninvited raiders came to Taylaq's camp and drove away his horses. Taylaq's two sons, Sekер and Barak, chased after the raiders. Barak was killed in the attack, while Sekер defeated the enemies and returned to the camp. Seeing from afar that Sekер was bringing back his deceased brother, their eighty-year-old father picked up his flute and began to play, and from his music, it seemed to echo Taylaq's sorrowful lament: "Sekер and my Barak, My dear, my beloved, Having lost one of you, I looked down at the ground." Hearing the sound of the flute, Barak's wife sensed that something bad had happened. "I hope the sound of the flute doesn't reach my ears," she lamented. The people gathered around to mourn with Taylaq, offering their condolences, but he continued to play, and play. After some time, exhausted, Taylaq lost consciousness and fell. Yqylas captured this state and adorned it with new colors on the kobyz.
