In spring, a bird named Kyzylkan, which leads the migratory birds that fly in from the warm regions and return in autumn, is said to fly ahead, guiding countless birds through scorching deserts and steep hills to lands abundant in food and water. One day, a dense flock of birds, lined up like beads and heading towards the warm lands, encountered a snowstorm and suffered a devastating loss. Distressed by the dire situation of the birds following him, Kyzylkan went to complain to Tengri. After listening to Kyzylkan's grievances, Tengri said, "Ah, it seems that one cannot communicate with the wild creatures without nature. Very well, I will create a path in the sky for you to fly without getting lost!" – and thus, he laid a white belt road across the blue sky. The reason for the appearance of the white belt in the sky, which is the bird's path, is likely due to this event. Thinking of the well-being of his offspring, Kyzylkan, the bird who spoke with Tengri, inspired a musician to compose a tune for him.
