Аспантайда ұрпақ болмаған екен. Әулие-әмбиелердің басына қонып, ел аралап, Алла Тағаладан нәресте тілейді. «Ұрпақсыз қаламын ба?» деп қатты қиналады. Бір күні Аспантай биік төбеге барып түнейді. Түсінде ақ киімді ақсақал: «Алла Тағала ниетіңізді қабыл етті, көп ұзамай нәрестелі боласыз, атағы жер тарапқа тарайды», – дейді. Көп ұзамай дүниеге ұл бала келеді. Алладан тілеп алған баласына Тілеп деген есім беріледі. Aspan Tai had no offspring. He would settle on the graves of saints and wander the land, asking Allah for a child. He was deeply troubled, wondering, "Will I remain childless?" One day, Aspan Tai went to a high hill to spend the night. In his dream, an old man in white said, "Allah has accepted your intention; soon you will have a child, and your name will spread far and wide." Not long after, a baby boy was born. The child, whom he had prayed to Allah for, was named Tilep. The boy was born in a remarkable way, not crying, not breastfeeding, with only a dry soul in his body. While they were lamenting, "O Allah, you have granted our wish, but our child will die of hunger," a seer and shaman named Maral Ishan came and said, "Your child has been born a saint in this world; the helpers sent by Allah will be kind to him in his cradle."
