Jirenche cooked the goose and brought it back. Saying "Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim!" he cut off the head and gave it to the Khan, saying, "You are the leader of us all." He then handed the long neck of the goose to the Khan's wife, saying, "The head is for the man, the neck is for the woman." After cutting off both wings, he said, "These are for the children of the grandfather," and gave them to his two children.
